Job Description:

Provide skills in CAD services to draft layouts for permit submissions, including high pile storage, building, and structural permits. Create site plans and CAD work for preparation of submittals, and work with Engineers to make any required corrections. Work with inspectors, plan checkers, and engineers to ensure compliance with submission requirements. Ensure the build site matches the approved set. Responsible for actual submittals to city and county authorities including filling out necessary applications and providing required business licenses. Track and ensure timely processing of permit submissions. Manage the assembly of material prior to installation. Ensure complete compliance with all purchase orders, bill of lading, and supporting documentation from every agency involved with the submission of the project.

Requires U.S. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology Degree or foreign equivalent degree.  Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
